I am available for advisory board and director roles with growth-focused companies up to $300M, particularly in government contracting. I bring 13 years as a CEO, turnaround work for mid-size federal contractors, and over 30 years of growth leadership in federal markets.
What I bring
CEOs of $50M to $300M federal contractors hired me when they were losing contracts. I ran their must-win pursuits, built repeatable growth processes, and helped executive teams in conflict focus on results.
Growth and Turnaround
For 13 years, I led my companies' work on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's enterprise data warehouse and taught its executives to decide from data. The system answered questions no one had anticipated.
Data-Based Decisions
I ran all finance and accounting at my own companies and wrote and raised a private stock placement of about $300K. At Siemens, I owned energy savings performance contracts, heavily financial pursuits that took a year or more to write.
Financial Oversight
I have served on the executive board of my Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) chapter since 2018. I have been in many roles, including Vice President. I now serve as its Treasurer. I also spent eight years in a Vistage CEO group, helping 12 other CEOs solve their most critical issues.
